| Team History:
| Poached! is a motley collection of University of Iowa alumni men and women that have scattered across the country. We have had a team at PD for the past several years, winning some games, losing some games, and enjoying Versailles.
This year we will be playing without one of our most inspirational players, Brian Gleason. Brian was the captain of ihuc, the University of Iowa college open ultimate team, for the past two seasons before he died in an automobile accident in January 2008. Many players on Poached! will be reuniting from across the country at Poultry Days in memory of Brian. We hope to honor him with our play on the field and general appreciation for Poultry Days and for each other. |
