| Team Bio: | Cluckin' Deep is a newly formed team comprised of essentially two groups of people- those from the real south (Louisiana/ Texas) and the so-called southerners from Raleigh, NC. I feel confident that if we could successfully unite girls from a variety of countries in such a way as to earn the Spirit Award at Paganello (and consequently an automatic bid to the following year’s tournament), that we will be able to merge these two groups into an awesome team for Poultry Days! The majority of us have been to Poultry Days in the past, but have played for a variety of other teams. For the few that haven’t, we hope to introduce them to the amazing atmosphere the local community and the tournament itself have to offer. We appreciate your consideration of our bid and thanks in advance for all of your hard work to pull this awesome tournament together! |
| Team History: | Cluckin' Deep is quite the conglomeration of ultimate players. There are, however, three main factions of this team: Black Molly (Mixed Nationals ’07), Olio (Mixed Regionals ’07), and ex-LSU players (currently playing in Dallas and possibly a few from Amp [Natties ‘07]). Currently, every player has at least seven years of experience, and has played at both the college and club level. We will be a very competitive, yet also very spirited, team and look forward to having the opportunity to play together at Poultry Days. |
